The delivery timeline for all orders is 2–10 working days across India.

At Carzoe, we understand how important timely delivery is for every order. Our shipping process is designed to be transparent and reliable. Once your order is placed, you will receive regular updates via SMS and email, along with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time. We ensure that all products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit, as delivering your order safely is our top priority.

We offer shipping across India. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. However, in some cases, dispatch may take slightly longer depending on product availability, order volume, or delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary based on your area pincode and courier service availability.

If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be informed about the same via email or SMS.

All orders are shipped with a proper tax invoice in compliance with Indian regulations.

Important: If you cancel your order before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In rare cases where a return is applicable, refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund timeline may take additional days depending on the return logistics.

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location to provide the best possible service.
