Returns & Refunds Policy
At Carzoe, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement as per the terms outlined below.
All return or replacement requests related to product damage, defects, wrong item delivery, or quantity mismatch must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide valid proof, including a clear, continuous unboxing video and relevant images. This is mandatory to verify the issue and ensure a fair resolution.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and invoice. Products that show signs of regular use, improper handling, physical damage, missing parts, or tampered packaging will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
All returns are subject to a quality check once the product is received at our facility. Replacement or refund will be processed only after the product successfully passes inspection. If the product fails the quality check, it will be returned back to the customer without any refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction where the product matches the description and specifications provided on the website.
In case of an empty box or missing items, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with proper unboxing proof. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
