Return Policy

Carzoe takes pride in offering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience to our customers. However, we understand that in online shopping, unforeseen issues such as courier mishandling, delayed delivery, or transit damage may occasionally occur. In such exceptional cases, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we request you to contact our customer support team for prompt assistance. We will make every effort to provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or partial refund where applicable. Our team is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the best possible support.

Our replacement policy is designed to accommodate cases of product damage during transit or incorrect product delivery. To be eligible, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video as proof while opening the package. We strongly advise that the package should not be repacked before recording the video. Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

Carzoe’s return policy is applicable only for damaged or wrongly delivered products. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or compatibility issues if not confirmed prior to purchase. Customers are encouraged to verify product compatibility before placing an order. Our support team is always available to assist with product selection and queries to avoid such issues.

We ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. However, in rare situations where the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are strictly advised not to accept the package. If a damaged or tampered package is accepted, Carzoe will not be responsible for any subsequent claims related to product damage or missing items. Customers should immediately report such incidents with proper evidence.

In the event of a return or replacement request, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact. Any signs of usage, damage, or tampering may lead to rejection of the request or a partial refund at our discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and secure packaging during return shipping, as we are not liable for damages occurring during transit back to us.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the replacement or refund process. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. In cases where replacement is not feasible due to stock or operational constraints, a suitable refund will be issued.

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers may be required to ship the product to us for inspection, repair, or replacement. The processing time for such cases may take 15–20 days. Please note that certain categories such as floor mats, seat covers, armrests, cleaning products, perfumes, and polishes may not be covered under warranty as they fall under regular usage items. Some imported or decorative products may also be excluded from warranty coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Carzoe reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, delivery restrictions, or pricing errors. Customers may request order cancellation only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Cancellable Products

Certain product categories are non-cancellable once dispatched due to logistics, handling costs, and customization. These include:

Floor Mats, Seat Covers, Headlights, Tail Lights, Front & Rear Bumper Guards, Armrests, Front Grills, Diffusers, Roof Rails, Side Foot Steppers, and Rear Spoilers.
