Cancellation Policy

At Carzoe, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be certain situations where we are unable to accept or must cancel an order. Carzoe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, issues identified during payment processing, or logistical constraints. In such cases, if your payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

In some instances, we may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If such information is not provided within the required time, the order may be cancelled. Customers will be notified via email or phone regarding any cancellations or required actions.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If a cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, we reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.

Carzoe’s decision regarding cancellation or refusal of cancellation requests shall be final and binding.
